King Salman, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Receive Invitations to Attend Second World Summit for Social Development in Qatar

Riyadh, May 6, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, have received official invitations from His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, to attend the Second World Summit for Social Development.
The summit is scheduled to be held in Doha from November 4 to 6, 2025, and will convene international leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to address key social development priorities and collaborative strategies at a global level.
The invitations were delivered during a meeting on Monday in Riyadh between Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Bandar bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Saudi Arabia.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to review bilateral relations between the two countries and discuss avenues for enhancing cooperation in regional and international forums.
The Second World Summit for Social Development is expected to focus on inclusive growth, poverty eradication, equitable access to education and healthcare, and advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aligning with regional efforts toward long-term stability and prosperity.
