Riyadh, August 11, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The second day of Event Tech Meetup 2025, organized by the National Events Center in Riyadh, marked the launch of the Event Tech Tank, an interactive platform where startups present innovative solutions to a select group of investors and venture capital funds.

The initiative is designed to transform promising concepts into commercially viable projects, supporting the growth of the Kingdom’s digital economy and creating new opportunities within the events industry.

Entrepreneurs and innovators pitched their proposals to a panel of investors, with several presentations attracting strong interest and resulting in initial agreements and direct investments. These partnerships are expected to accelerate the development of technologies aimed at enhancing event experiences and expanding their impact.

The investments covered diverse sectors, including the design and development of specialized applications, as well as the integration of advanced tools such as interactive 3D content, virtual environments, and augmented and mixed reality solutions.

Event Tech Meetup is part of the second annual edition of the Event Tech 2025 initiative, building on the success of its 2024 debut. Last year’s edition served as a key platform linking government entities, private sector leaders, technology innovators, and entrepreneurs, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s role as a regional hub for innovation in the events sector.
