Luxembourg - The High-Level Forum on Regional Security and Cooperation, a significant diplomatic event between the European Union (EU) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), commenced in Luxembourg. The forum was graced by the presence of Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
