DUBAI, March 24 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Emirates is preparing for a busy travel season during the upcoming Eid Al Fitr holiday by adding 17 additional flights to destinations across the Middle East and GCC, operating between March 26 and April 6.
The airline expects more than 371,000 passengers to travel from across the region during the Eid break, with increased demand from cities including Jeddah, Kuwait, Dammam, and Amman.
In response, Emirates will add six extra flights to and from Amman, five additional services between Dammam and Dubai, four flights from Jeddah, and two additional services from Kuwait.
The additional flights are aimed at providing passengers with greater flexibility to visit Dubai, a popular Eid destination, and to continue their journeys to sought-after international destinations such as Bangkok and Phuket in Thailand, various cities in the United Kingdom, gateways across the United States, South Africa, and key cities in South Asia, including Mumbai and Karachi, as well as Cairo.
The expanded schedule underscores Emirates' commitment to meeting the increased demand for travel during the festive period, ensuring passengers have access to convenient travel options to reunite with family and friends or explore holiday destinations.
