The project centers around the transformation of the historic Hotel 3 Könige and Post, an 18th-century architectural gem dating back to 1788. Revitalized by A++ Group, the redevelopment will preserve the chalet-style heritage of the original property while introducing contemporary design elements that reflect Elie Saab signature refinement.
Spanning 48, 437 square feet, the property will feature 21 meticulously designed hotel rooms and 19 luxe residences. Interiors will emphasize natural woods, plush fabrics, and light-filled spaces, exuding the timeless sophistication synonymous with Elie Saab Maison's home collections.
