Dubai Chamber of Commerce Registers 70,500 New Companies in 2024

Riyadh, March 16, 2025 – Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers under Dubai Chambers, recorded 70,500 new company registrations in 2024, highlighting Dubai’s growing appeal as a global investment hub, WAM reported.


The trading and services sector led the growth, with 29,000 new companies joining the chamber, underscoring its key role in Dubai’s economic diversification. The construction sector also witnessed significant expansion, with 7,434 new companies, marking a 33% increase compared to 2023.


The real estate, renting, and business services sector attracted 23,204 new members, reflecting an 8.4% annual growth, while the transport, storage, and communication sector welcomed 5,901 new companies, an 8.3% increase over the previous year.


Additionally, the financial intermediation sector recorded a 8.3% growth, with 1,830 new businesses joining in 2024.


The surge in company registrations underscores Dubai’s status as a competitive business destination offering strong regulatory frameworks, advanced infrastructure, and diverse economic opportunities.
