Diriyah Company Launches ‘Diriyah House’ in London to Boost Global Investment Presence

June 18, 2025 | London (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Diriyah Company has announced the opening of Diriyah House in One Hyde Park, Knightsbridge, in a strategic initiative to enhance its global presence and attract international investment into Saudi Arabia’s flagship cultural destination, SPA reported.

Set to open officially in early July 2025, Diriyah House will serve as a high-end marketing platform, offering immersive and interactive experiences for global stakeholders and investors interested in the Diriyah project—one of the Kingdom’s largest heritage and tourism developments, located in the capital, Riyadh.

The space features a dedicated marketing suite showcasing the Diriyah Masterplan and advanced digital content that allows visitors to explore the project’s vision and components in a format tailored to global investment standards.

According to the company, the Diriyah destination is projected to welcome more than 50 million visits annually by 2030. The new London base aims to strengthen outreach to European investors and reinforce Diriyah’s position as a cultural and economic landmark.

The facility will be operated in partnership with Sotheby’s International Realty.
