Riyadh, May 28, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Badael Company, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) establishment, is set to organize the inaugural Tobacco & Nicotine-Free Summit (TNFS) 2025 in Riyadh tomorrow. The high-level event will be the first regional summit dedicated to reducing smoking rates and addressing tobacco-related harm in the Middle East.
Held in partnership with the Quality of Life Program, the summit will convene over 100 experts from national and international institutions, representing healthcare, policy, and regulatory bodies. The summit aligns with World No Tobacco Day, emphasizing the Kingdom’s continued efforts to strengthen public health strategies and enhance well-being as part of Vision 2030.
The summit will include the adoption of a regional charter for tobacco harm reduction, alongside the signing of strategic cooperation agreements between participating entities. These initiatives aim to reinforce regional public health systems and improve regulatory frameworks surrounding tobacco and nicotine alternatives.
